Frequently Asked Questions
How do I signup to the Online Membership?
Click on the 'Get Started' button above which will take you through to a page to fill in your name and email address and enter your credit card details. You will then be directed to set up a username and password, and from there you can login to the Foot Traffic Membership site using those details.
How do I signup for personalised Coaching?
For F-Team Membership click on the 'Contact Us' button to send an enquiry email. Let us know if you already have a preference for one of our Coaches.
What's the difference between Online Membership and F-Team Membership?
F-Team Membership gives you a dedicated Coach who will tailor make you a personalised training plan specific to you and your current goals and events. Online Membership gives you access to training plans that you can download and follow yourself, but also comes with the added benefits outlined above.
Can I contact a Coach if I have questions?
Yes we encourage questions. As an Online Member there are a number of ways you can get in touch. You can click the Chat Icon and ask us a question. We also have a Forum and Social Chat channels where you can communicate with other Athletes and Coaches. If you require a more in-depth Consultation with one of our Coaches we have 'Coach Time' available for purchase in the Online Store.
What payment methods do you support?
Payment is processed through a Secure Payments provider, which accepts all major Credit Cards.
What currency is the pricing?
Most prices are in New Zealand dollars. However some of our Race Specific and Individual Training Plan products are in United States dollars, or the common currency of the country the race is located in.
Are there any fixed term contracts?
Our F-Team Membership requires a minimum of 3 months commitment. Our Online Membership can be cancelled at any time.
What if I need to cancel?
You can choose to cancel your Online Membership at any time. Just login, select 'Account' from the drop down menu under your name to access the billing page and click the cancel button. As long as you cancel before the next billing cycle starts your won't be charged.
What level of fitness do you cater for?
We have developed plans for all levels of ability, experience and fitness. You will see in the title and description of each plan who it is suited to. If you are unsure which plan would suit you best you can contact us for some guidance.
Does it matter if I don't live in New Zealand?
Absolutely not. We have athletes from all around the world and we love to think we are a multi-cultural community. We encourage you to let us know the events you are doing local to yourself so we can have a truely International feel.
