Realistic Training Experience

FulGaz offers stunning, real-world video routes that simulate outdoor riding conditions, making your indoor training sessions feel like actual rides. There is no better way to visualise the course of a race you're training for, which is on the other side of the world. A great example of this was our New Zealand based athletes training for the IRONMAN World Championships in Nice, France. They knew where they were in the race based on what they had seen while riding on FulGaz.

Free Riding or Structured Workouts

It's up to you whether you want to just spin along doing your own thing on a course, or you want to follow one of the Structured Workouts our Foot Traffic Coaches have created. The sessions are visible in the Club Room for you to select from.

Community and Support

Keen to ride with someone else, but not in their neighbourhood? That's an easy fix, just add yourself to the FulGaz Users Social Group in the membership site, and you can keep in touch with other FulGazers training for the same race as you. Share tips, motivate each other, or set up a group ride. You can even connect through our Discord Server and chat while riding

Accessing the Foot Traffic Club Room

One of the key benefits of this partnership is the integration of Foot Traffic's Training Sessions into the FulGaz platform for our members to follow in their training. At this stage the sessions are being rolled out for the Race Specific Plans only, but we hope to add more Training Plans Workouts if there's enough demand. 

To get started, here's how you can access the Foot Traffic Club Room on FulGaz:

Download FulGaz

If you haven't already, download the FulGaz app on your preferred device, whether it's a smartphone, tablet, or computer. 

Create or Log In to Your FulGaz Account

If you're new to FulGaz, create an account. If you're an existing user, log in to your account.

Enter the Group Invite Code

Log in to the Foot Traffic Membership site and head to the FulGaz Users Social Group. Here you will find the Code which you enter in the 'Group Invite Code Section of your Dashboard. This is the icon in the top corner of the screen, 2nd from the right.

Access the Club Workouts

Next time you login you will see the Foot Traffic Club added to your Dashboard. Clicking on this is how you can access the Workouts that have been preset. These workouts should correspond with the ones you're following on the Race Specific Plans you're following.

Following a Workout

Once you have found the workout you're going to follow, click it to go through to the workout screen. Make sure your devices are connected to FulGaz correctly, and start the session. You will see the Workout block that you'll follow, so you just ride along and take in the views.
