Group training is one of the best ways to improve your fitness, skill, confidence and race craft. We see athletes achieve their greatest gains even after a few consistent weeks of group training.
We offer a few group sessions, midweek for Youth athletes and on the weekend for Adult athletes.
These sessions are targeted specifically for the events to majority of the athletes are training for, which tends to be Ironman or Half Ironman. The Youth squad sessions are targeted towards the key Secondary School races, and other regional and national events.
